We have signed a letter of intent for this project with the municipality of Rheden, the Sustainable Animals Energy Cooperative and the Climate Association. Housing corporation Vivare has 370 rental homes and 278 owner-occupied homes in this district. We are dealing here with a strong cooperative with an interesting vision that we will be working with. From this collaboration we will make the step to the Vivare corporation.

Overstegen, Doetinchem, Municipality of Doetinchem
The first neighborhood where we will integrate phases 1 and 2 of the neighborhood approach is Overstegen in Doetinchem, linked to the DistrictEES subsidy. In this district, we will complete the second renovation project in 2022 and are probably preparing a third renovation project. In the first quarter of 2022, that project must be digitally recorded and developed within the framework of the Overstegen neighborhood and presented to Site with a substantiation from Atriensis.
